Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Turalu's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
Description of Service
Turalu provides a video-first AI platform that helps users design and build Salesforce applications through guided conversations. Our service includes:
- • Video-based build sessions with AI assistance
- • Automated generation of Salesforce components, flows, and objects
- • Real-time validation and security checks
- • Deployment assistance to your Salesforce org
Account Responsibilities
When you create an account with us, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Salesforce Connection & Authorization
To use Turalu, you must connect your Salesforce org. By doing so, you represent that:
Third-Party Services & Trademarks
Turalu integrates with Salesforce to help you build applications for your Salesforce org. Please note:
- • Turalu is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Salesforce, Inc.
- • Turalu is not a Salesforce partner, reseller, or authorized representative.
- • You are responsible for maintaining your own Salesforce subscription and licenses.
- • Your use of Salesforce is governed by your agreement with Salesforce, Inc.
Trademark Notice: Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Turalu uses these trademarks solely to describe the compatibility and integration capabilities of our service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Turalu to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with our services
- Build applications that harm or deceive users
Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all Salesforce configurations, custom code, and business logic created through Turalu. We do not claim ownership of your work.
Our Service: Turalu and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Turalu and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turalu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- • Service interruptions or downtime
- • Errors in AI-generated configurations
- • Third-party actions or Salesforce platform issues
You are responsible for reviewing all changes before deploying to your Salesforce org.
Warranty Disclaimer
Turalu is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We recommend testing all configurations in a sandbox environment before production deployment.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
